Espresso Equipment Sales and Service is seeking a hands-on Coffee Equipment Technician to join our growing team. This is primarily an in-house position focused on repairing, maintaining, testing, and preparing residential and commercial coffee equipment, including espresso machines, brewers, and grinders.

The ideal candidate has mechanical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and basic electrical and plumbing knowledge. Coffee equipment experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

The role may also include occasional local service calls, installations, and support for our field service technician. As the position develops, there is opportunity to take on additional responsibilities such as parts ordering, inventory, customer scheduling, and project tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical or electrical repair experience preferred (appliances, HVAC, vending, etc.)

  • Plumbing experience is strongly preferred

  • Experience with coffee or espresso equipment is a plus, but not required—willing to train the right candidate

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently or part of a small team

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills

  • Professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
